Drawings and CAD models are reviewed for manufacturability. If a feature, tolerance or setup is likely to add unnecessary cost or risk, we flag it early and discuss options before the part reaches the machine. We can also help with practical fixturing and machining approaches for development work.
INSPECTION & QUALITY
INSPECTION IS PART OF THE PROCESS
Parts are checked against the supplied drawing and job requirements using appropriate shop metrology. Critical features are verified before shipment, and repeat work benefits from consistent setups and documented inspection.
